Garage Band says my iPhone mic is not available.

I just started experimenting with GarageBand app on my Mac, and it hooked up to use audio from my iPhone 14 microphone. I completed one or two projects, and then it started giving a message: Audio Disconnected - iPhone microphone is not available. I don't know how to get it hooked up again. Can anyone please help?
