How to fix Volume Bar Glitch in Apple Music on Windows?

Whenever watching a music video on apple music WINDOWS app,

I keep having a problem of volume bar glitching

What do I mean by that is for an example I have volume set to 40%

it works and lower itself but like 3 seconds after it randomly maxes out the volume and gets super loud, even tho it still says that it's on 40%. After that the volume bar slider doesn't even work.
