Devices still displaying "Remove from Organization" after 30 day provisional period

I have purchased and added some CPO devices to our ABM instance using Apple Configurator 2. The 30 day provisional period has passed and the devices are still displaying "Remove from Organization"

This did not happen in the past. Did I do something wrong when I added them back in using configurator?
