Cant get rid of any restrictions

I am 20 years old and I still have restrictions on my device. I used to have them when I was under 18 but I still can’t download any 18+ apps or make any in app purchases. My parents can’t work out how to take them off. I have tried everything in the content and restrictions tab in settings and I have tried to do it from my parents phone aswell. Nothing seems to work. Don’t know if it is just a glitch? Any help would be appreciated!
