How to make iTunes display in desired language

I am using the Music App on macOS, but iTunes keeps showing in English, and I don't want it to. My account region is set to Japan, and the language is Japanese. My system language is also Japanese (I have deleted all other languages, so there is no ordering issue). I have been using iTunes for ten years, and I am a multilingual user, constantly switching between three languages. Getting Apple Music or iTunes to display in the desired language is such a panic that hasn't been solved in years.
