Unable to use App Store as Apple ID has been asking for review in a loop

Hello, while using app store it's showing to review your apple id but when i reviewed it and continued its show contact for assistance, itune support.... so wht should I do now? (it's in my MacBook Air)

Unable to sign in to the Apple App Store Hello! I bought the MacBook Air M1 a few days back. I created an Apple ID and logged in to iCloud. I then tried logging in to the App Store. I signed in and then it said "This Apple ID has not yet been used with the App Store. Please review your account information." Then I entered my billing address and other details, but then the fields turned red and said "Please enter your state, town, phone no. and street address details". I retried but faced the same issue. Please help.

I cannot access my Reviews and Ratings in App Strore Hello , I cannot access my reviews and ratings in the App Store in MacBook. When I clicked Account settings then Manage Reviews and Rating a pop up comes and says that " Cannot Connect to App . In fact I connected App Store and can down load apps only problem is I cannot access my reviews and ratings. Apple is not posting my reviews and ratings but I did not violate any rating rules. I applied all solutions in internet like sign out and sign in , date checking, Network changing etc none have not worked and I contacted Apple support team they could not resolve it. I am posting here as a last resort. Mac OS Sonoma 14.6 (23G80) Thank you, Dr.Siva
