What’s the best way to buy an App for my child?

How do you guys buy Apps for child accounts and share them? I think it way too complicated.

What I (have to?) do at the moment:

• buy the app von my ipad
• let it download it / at least start the download
• tap & hold the app -> Share
• send it to my child via imessage
• delete the app from my iPad again
• (Sometime later): take my child’s iPad, follow the iMessage and download the app again

Want I want:

• go to the App Store on my ipad
• Hit “ Buy and send to my child’s iPad”
• done
