Screen Time & Parental Controls

How is it that Apple of all companies does not have this figured out? It is so Terrible! Completely unreliable. I have to depend on 3rd party apps to try and make sure limits are in effect for my kids. Unacceptable. I switched from Android with high hopes and have been very disappointed. We will have to switch back I think.
