AirPods Pro that won't connect after reset

My air pods pro decided not to connect to my iPhone 13 Pro Max. I forgot the device and reset the air pods, now the light on the case flashes white all the time and my phone won't recognize them to pair. I tried the reset procedure with no luck, when I open the case with the air pods in the light still flashes white and is not recognized by any of my three iPhones.
