Forget about the bottom picture. If you do not want to be harassed by Notifications then select and remove everything in the top picture. It should be empty. Blank. Like this:

The particular Notifications you encounter may not be obviously related YouTube or Google or Ring (whatever that is). In most cases they are arise from advertisements those sites profit from hosting. That makes it difficult to correlate to any particular website. If you are morbidly curious, re-select "Allow websites to ask..." and then selectively determine which are the more egregious offenders. In most cases, they are solicitations for junk products you don't need, and are likely to inundate you with even more harassment.
You may need to log out / log in again or restart your Mac to make those changes effective.
Once again, it's not malware. Those Notifications appear because you agreed to them. The User Tip above explains. If you installed some non-Apple "anti-virus" or "anti-malware" product, uninstall it. It's not helping. It may even be causing the problem. Rule 1 of Macs is don't install junk.
