You're just fine. Once it reaches 80% it is time for a new iPhone Battery. Unfortunately, there is no way to determine why the Battery Health has declines. It is mere coincidence that this dropped after installing an update. Typically, iPhone batteries drop 2-3% right out-of-the-box.
I agree, there is simply no right answer to this. But don’t worry, everything is completely fine!
