Does MDM app installed in an IOS device have an inbuilt APNs

Hi Team,

I was curious to know whether an MDM app installed on an IOS device have an inbuilt APNs feature while developing the software in Xcode or will it use the cloud APNs server alone for the communication between MDM app in IOS device to MDM app server? If MDM app have an inbuilt APNs then how the communication flow will happen from MDM app server to MDM app.
