The title says it all. I've had nothing but trouble with these $600 bluetooth speakers. Aggravation after aggravation. I'm ordering speakers from a different brand, then these can go directly into trash or recycling, whatever. Spoke to customer service many times, passed around to different people, even they don't know what's going on with these pieces of junk.

you can let them know using their feedback channel
they are however not able to act as bluetooth speakers, only as airplay 2 speakers which is wifi based
