Managing Family in the family plan
On my android device, when I click on manage family it asks for a password and then a verification code. It says that a verification code was sent to my trusted phone, but I am not getting the code and it doesn't have the option for "didn't get verification code."
I'm sure this is part of two-factor identification, but I have no problems with verification when I log into my account. It sends a code to my android phone, no problem. Why am I not getting the verification code under "manage family?" and why don't I get the option, "didn't get verification code" so that I can have the code sent to my trusted phone?
