How do I stop a family sharing subscription if it does not show on my iphone?

I can see FAMILY SHARING in my Icloud account, but it tells me to go to my device to cancel it (I'm the organizer). I have cancelled it from both phones that were sharing but it does not show on the organizer phone. How do I cancel my subscription?
