I have installed Apply Music, Sync, and the current iTunes from the Microsoft store. I cannot find any way to manually manage the music on my iPhone. The old iTunes made it simple, but neither Music or the current iTunes show me the phone when it is connected. and Sync does not should my music library, only what's on the device.
How do you do this now?

If you've installed Apple Music for Windows then you also need to installed the Apple Devices for Windows app to manage syncing. Or uninstall Apple Music/Devices/TV to restore iTunes functionality.
