iPhone 7, ios 15.8.2, Unable to connect to celluar network after release of 15.8.3

I am unable to connect to the mobile data since today morning on my iPhone 7 running ios 15.8.2. Tried installing the new update 15.8.3 downloads by when installing it say unable to verify because the phone is not connected to the Internet, but it is connected to the WiFi network.

Similar here: iPhone 7 - just installed update IOS 15.8.3 . Suddenly can't connect to the internet on cell service. Connects to the internet fine on WiFi.

I finally found A solution.. perform a hard reset. Press and hold down the volume-down button on the left side of phone and press and hold down the sleep/wake button on the right side of the phone at the same time for 10 seconds until the screen goes black and then restart. I believe it has something to do with the network settings needed to be reset. And yes.. like you.. I'm assuming the IOS update to 15.8.3 messed something up in my network settings because it was working fine before the update (contrary to what Mr. SravanKrA asserts above).

I must mention that for some reason, which I can't understand, I don't have the option "Reset Network Settings" in Settings/General/Reset-iPhone like I've seen on others iPhones in videos that were showing how to reset the network settings. Since I could not find a "reset network settings" function on my particular phone I then tried the "hard reset" which I believe reset the network settings.

Viewed many videos for the fix. Checked to make sure cell service was on. Went to Safari/Advanced/Website Data and cleared all website data and then went to Safari/Clear Website History and Data. Went to Settings/Cellular and made sure Cellular Data was turn on. Nothing worked except the hard reset.

It's not always the iOS update's fault!  Many things can cause phone problems.  If you tell people you think it's an iOS update, it might make it harder to fix or find a solution for the real issue.

Remember, the right question often leads to the solution! Please look in the right direction.

iOS updates aim to enhance user experience, boost security, and fix bugs rather than disrupt core features. The majority of the issues after updates might stem from underlying, unmentioned factors. Updates won't typically alter personal data but may refine settings or features. Backup before major updates for safety. Review Apple's update details and backup advice for a smooth process.

Kindly consider checking your settings and addressing any device issues before attributing the issue to external factors. This could be a pure coincidence that the iOS update affected the iPhone functions.

Before initiating a standard iOS update, it's advisable to create a backup. Have you completed this step? If yes, proceed with the restoration from the backup.

And the resetting of the network worked for awhile but not any more and tried the ITunes thing but ITunes says no available updates. So now what? Cause I too can’t afford a new or used phone at this time. Battery is fine just no cell service any more. I have Visible thru Verizon with never any issues before. impact the self-service ever for $25 a month with unlimited hotspot and data.
