As no one here knows what model iPhone you have, we can't say.

However, iOS 18 is still in beta. Unless you have a reason to use a beta version of iOS to test apps and a spare phone to install it on, you probably shouldn't be downloading it.

I guess it would be because iOS 18 has NOT been released.

Why on earth would a corporation install an unstable operating system on their phones. That makes no sense at all.

As iOS 18 has not been released, it would be difficult, if not impossible, to download.

iOS 18 will not be available for another 8-10 weeks.
