Paste Button Sometimes Goes Blank Before Returning To Normal

When I double click and the buttons show, sometimes the paste button is seen blank. Like the letters are missing, it's just an empty box, but when I close and retap, the text returns as if nothing happened. Is this some sort of bug or something I should be worried about? Thank you. It comes randomly so I'm unable to take a screenshot for proof.
