Monitoring screen time of my teenage son

Hi, since past couple of months my son’s screen time is not updating in my phone. We have updated iCloud storage, so storage is not issue.. he has the screen time share on..both of us have updated iOS … both have logged in and out of our iCloud account and restarted the phone multiple times. But still his screen time doesn’t gets tabulated on my phone. Any help?
