My phone screen has been bad but recently it finally broke and the screen just flashes green and brown. The phone still somewhat works because I get notifications. The main thing im worried about are my photos which almost all of them are unsynced, I checked iCloud and only the first 3 months of photos are saved. So is there any way to get the photos off the phone?

Try the following if you have a Mac:
1 - connect your iPhone to your Mac via its USB charging cable.
2 - launch Image Capture.
3 - open the iPhone.
4 - if you can see the photos in your iPhone you can download all or selected picture from your iPhone to your Mac,
load the either to a folder on the Desktop (or other location) or directly into the local Photos library.
