Custom Ringtone using GarageBand

I’ve successfully made custom ringtones using GarageBand before. After saving my song to files, I am unable to create a ringtone. When I press the share option, my phone actually gives me the option to share the file between apps instead of giving me the option to create a ringtone. This has never happened before and I cannot figure it out.
