Opening Safari

I opened my computer this morning and found this message on Safari when I tried to go to a website:

Safari cannot connect to icloud Private Relay. Safari can’t open the page. The error is: "The operation couldn’t be completed. No such file or directory." (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:2)

Please can you help?

It appears that Apple is having some issues with the service.
