I made a few iMovies lately. All has disappeared today

I bought a MacBook Pro last year. I am still in Ventura, as haven't cleaned stuff off to Hard Drives yet.

I made a few iMovies recently. All was fine, until yesterday when I wanted to make two trailers. And may have perhaps downloaded an App or went to trailers in iMovie. So when I opened iMovie today OI couldn't get rid of that trailer thing. It even put my name etc into it.

How do I get rid of that? and how do I delete some very old short movies to make space? AND I NEED TO GET BAC MY LAST TWO RECENT MOVIES.
