How to disable changes to Location Sharing in Family setting

I have Screentime set up to restrict changes to Location Services under Content & Privacy Restrictions. However, my child can still go into Settings>Family>Location Sharing and disable Location Sharing with members of the group, including me. Why is this possible and how can I disable it?
