Following directions for family sharing and setting up a watch for a family member who doesn’t have their own iphone has been rough. First, creating an Apple ID for them couldn’t be done on their Windows PC, whether through the iTunes app or online; the directions only worked when using Safari on an ipad. Then they had to sign in to iCloud before the Apple ID could be verified. Now, when we think we’re almost there, we get repeatedly returned to this screen on the iPhone:
Agreeing to the terms and conditions doesn’t work; shutting down the phone and restarting it doesn’t work.
