Hello,
I see you apparently have a disabled account, but have not provided the exact error message which would indicate a specific solution. The support article If your Apple ID is locked, not active, or disabled - Apple Support has solutions for three frequently encountered reasons for an account to be disabled/locked/not-active:
● If a message says "your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked", you might be able to request reactivation by tapping Continue right from the alert. If that does not work, Apple provides a link for this specific issue. Tap or click here ➞ https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362 .
● If your account has been disabled for “security reasons” the solution is to reset your password as outlined in this document: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support
If you find you can’t sign in, reset your password, or receive verification codes, you can request account recovery (read this support article: How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support ) to regain access to your account. More detail in —> Activation Lockout Issues - Apple Community For additional assistance from Apple Security, read: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support
● If your account says “Account Locked”, or it is inactive, that is not the same as it being disabled. You might be able to request access to your account by tapping Request Access right from the alert. If that does not work, this link (versus one taking you to the general support page) is the most direct way to get to the people helping you with this —> https://getsupport.apple.com/?PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23626

Yes, security questions have that advantage, but then to me the way Apple has them set up are culturally meaningless and vague in interpretation, so I have to refer to my written record of them. I am not in the habit of carrying those around with me on vacation. Nor if I were to lose an iPhone in another country would I want to buy a replacement in the other country.
Using an Account Recovery Contact ( Set up an account recovery contact - Apple Support ) you can also get a code that way.
You can add multiple trusted numbers. Make one another person you can trust. Should you need a code you can set up some way to get them to send it to you when you need it.
hi, as Limnos has pointed out, those are the next steps you should do in order to unblock your account.
Furthermore, maybe this helps you; if this is something recurrent, I find out that accounts without double factor verification activated are prone to be blocked more often than accounts with double factor verification activated.
In my case, I have several developer acocunts, and several family accounts, so lot of experience here.
The accounts without double factor verification are being blocked as often as 2-3 times a month.
New iCloud features and iPhone to Mac features require two factor, any time you access to the forum Apple is asking to switch and time to time a notification appears in the Mac, "activate two factor now...."
I guess people finally switch as the impediments and the annoy is getting worse with the time. But then, if you lose your phone in a trip or need to reinstall without internet connection and you are done.
