Network fails

I have an Iphone 13pro and use 2 Esims (one from Europe and one from Globe/Philippines).

I use the local Esim in the Philippines for roaming/data. It regularly (approx. 1-2x per week) kicks me out of both networks/signal (both the European and the globe simcard only receive "no network" or sometimes even "no simcard found").

The reset of the Network setting does not help so far. After a few hours, sometimes even days the signal seems to come back and I have to set up the sims (which one for calls, network etc.).

Does anyone have any idea what the problem could be? I'm desperate and am currently without a network connection once again!

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 17

Contact your Carrier:

It seems signal strength is not so strong, or that you need to get your eSIM cars looked into, and maybe replaced.

"Network fails: Nope that‘s not the problem as I‘m living here since 10 months and it‘s working most of the time. The signal is super strong when it‘s working. I don‘t think it‘s an e-sim problem as it works most of the time + both esims are off (no signal) or both on. Never happen that one was able to get signal and the other one not."

So, give your carrier a call. I agree that it is a misconfiguration in the eSIM cards.

"Network fails: As said: it‘s unlikley a misconfiguration in the eSIM otherwise not both would fail at the same second. One is from globe (obv connected to a globe network) the other one from a swiss provider (connected normally to any network provider here). So what should a carrier do in you opinion?"

Have the Carrier reformat the eSIM Card(s). Your Carrier services these.
