How can I fix the issue of not being able to sign back into Apple Music on Google Chrome?

Hello,

I signed up for Apple Music a couple weeks ago (I'm still in the Trial Period), but ever since then I have not been able to sign back in. The login prompts come up (to input the User ID and Password), but when I click the arrow to login, the box simply closes out and I never actually log in. Opening and closing the browser, restarting my computer, nothing fixes this. I'm using Google Chrome on a Windows PC.

Is there a solution to this?
