Money Added to my Apple ID not reflecting

This is to inform you that i added INR 899 to my apple id - muska*******@gmail.com but the money was not credit in my apple Id but was deducted from my account i have log out and singed in back but the balance is still 0 and it is showing no history of the purchase as well. Pleas help

Funds Enquiry I added ₹2000 to my apple id. Although it got deducted from my account via UPI, it didn’t summed up to my account in apple. Kindly do the needful.

Same and i tried adding 4 times 3 hours ago. deducted and not showing in apple id
