Wrong Language Audio in Apple TV Purchase

When searching Suzume on Apple TV, only one option comes up for purchase - under details of this option is says AUDIO: ENGLISH and JAPANESE. When purchased it only has the option for english and the details even changes to say just English.

This issues needs to be addressed because I had the same problem with Your Name (I ended up having to buy two versions with no refund) because the details are incorrect.

Movies from the Apple TV Store (a.k.a. “iTunes Store”) will list the Original Audio Language and the included Audio Language separately. See the Languages header. Original Audio Language is not necessarily included; if it is, then it will be listed among the included Audio Languages as well.

Some movies with multiple language editions might be sold as separate store items. This can differ by country. Find out by scrolling down to How to Watch, where all available editions will be listed. In such cases, your purchase is only valid for one edition.

If you accidentally purchased the wrong language edition, then you may contact the iTunes Store staff, to help correct that, by undoing the last purchase, and getting the wanted edition instead. Else consider asking for a refund. Don’t wait too long, else the purchase is permanent and the correction can’t be done anymore.

For the US for this title, one audio track is included, when purchased through Apple: English only.

It does not appear to have multiple language editions there.

Your account must be for a different country then? Different countries may have different language options.

When it says that two audio languages are included, then you should be able to switch between them, although it may default to an unwanted choice.

When using AirPlay to stream from one device to another, then please take note that the settings of the receiving device will be used, not the settings of the sending device. Some AirPlay-enabled receiving devices have special language options in the Apple AirPlay settings.
