I have a very minor crack on my MacBook Pro 14 inch screen. It’s not that visible but still keeps bothering me. I have just purchased my Mac a week ago with the education program. Do I need to replace my screen for this or there is some other way that it can be fixed ?

There is a replacement, or there is a crack. No middle ground. If you received it with a cracked screen, set an appointment with an Apple Store, or Apple Authorized Service Provider to replace it under your 1-year warranty.
Can a minor crack on MacBook Pro screen be fixed without replacement?
