How to re-upload hidden music files to my iPod?

Recently I was uploading songs onto my ipod and after I ejected it to play the songs, all of my music files and a lot of others were hidden. I used command+shift+period to see the hidden files which is great but they are still hidden. I was wondering how I am able to re-upload them onto my device so I am able to play and view the music. Thank you

Lost music Recently I was trying to add a new playlist to my ipod from my computer. The majority of my music was deleted from both computer and ipod. I was wondering if and how I can get it back.

songs from iPod not wanted so I plugged my iPod Touch 4th gen into my iMac for the first time and it says something like "transfer songs or they will be removed from the iPod"and the music was purchases that I hidden already. I chose transfer because I didn't know what the music was. I do it and it all shows up in my library and it doesn't show that I can hide it. I don't want to necessarily delete the music, but that seems as its my only option. I'm wondering since it doesn't show up in the purchases tab that means if I delete it that maybe it won't delete from other devices? if not is their a other way to hide it? thanks
