Dictation on Mac is enabled but typing the words out repeatedly, how to stop this.

so if i say "today we went " it will type all the words out 4 or 5 times in one long word rather than 1 time with spaces.

Dictation seems to work sporadically on my Mac.

Any advice to stop this

This has been a problem for years. I have reported it over and over - Apple seems uninterested in fixing Dictation.


Yesterday MacWhisper released a dictation for Mac. Check it out, it works great.
