I am trying to locate my mother's phone on FIND MY PHONE. The location it keeps giving me is followed by 3 mo. ago. This never changes. All of the other people on my list are working normally. What could the problem be and how do I remedy it?

You are seeing a "last known location".
The phone has likely been powered off, the battery has run down, or the phone has not been able to pick up an Internet connection where it is currently located.
Unfortunately, nothing you can do except keep checking.
Realistically though.....if it has been 3 months.....the phone is gone.
Well, there are several possible explanations. The most likely is her iPhone has been turned off or its battery is very low.
