Clips: Access Difficulty

I would like to start using Clips, but I get a screen asking me to allow Camera, Microphone and Photo Library access. I’ve granted access for photos and it shows a green check by that. However, I can’t seem to grant access to the camera and microphone in Settings and I can’t get past the request page in Clips without it. The page goes gray and freezes. Has anyone dealt with this and knows of a work around? Thanks for the help!
