M1 Mac with flickering touchbar, stuck in progress bar after entering PIN, then resulting in bootloop

My 2020 M1 Mac touchbar is flickering, it doesn't show the usual menu and after entering a PIN to log in, it stuck in the progress bar and then it restarts. Occasionally after it restarts, the touchbar runs normally, but often time it's off. After an examination using Etrecheck, it says there is a kernel panic. I am not familiar with tech like this, could someone explain this and is there a solution to this case? Hopefully, I don't have to replace my Mac as I am just about to start my new semester in college. Thanks!

Uninstall CleanMyMac by following the developer's instructions. CMM is notorious for causing all sorts of problems. Anti-virus apps, cleaning/optimizer apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac and usually causes more problems than they solve because they interfere with the normal operation of macOS.
