I have tried all the suggestions but just cannot see my sms on icloud - my phone says i have 762 and has synced, but when I log into icloud i can see photos etc but no sms's -
please help - thanks

Are you saying that when you open the Messages application on your Mac, you do not see anything? If so, it sounds as if you haven't set up syncing properly on the Mac. Follow the instructions muguy kindly provided.
Okay, in your first post, you said you couldn't see the messages in iCloud, which is expected because you can't view them there. You said that you say 762 messages on your phone. You asked why you couldn't see them on your Mac in your next post. Now, you're saying you can see them on your Mac but not your phone. I'm very confused. Can you clarify where you can see the messages?
Messages cannot be viewed at iCloud.com, only on your synced devices.
I can see messages back on mac to 2015 - but only a few on iphone - I can see a lot of deleted ones but not back to 2015
so why cannot i see them on my imac?
Yes - all on mac - how can I se on my iphone?
I guess if I add up all the deleted messages on my iphone it would add up to 762?
