Can I move my Apple games and purchases to Samsung?
So I’m switching from apple to Samsung and I have some games accounts using Apple ID, can I still get those accounts?

Unless you explicitly delete it, the Apple ID will still work.
If the game-related logins are third-party websites, check with the third-party website support to see how to transition to a different not-Apple ID login”, if you would prefer that.
Game apps for Apple devices won’t work on Android, of course.
