What do I have to do to receive the $150 gift card for the Education purchase of MacBook Air ?

I bought a 13" MacBook Air (M3) off of the Apple website with education savings on June 11, 2024. I am now seeing that if you bought this MacBook with education savings, you are eligible for a $150 gift card. Is there a way I can get that gift card since I bought the laptop or is the offer only available for purchases made after a certain date?
