RX 570X not being detected by macos/bootcamp after windows driver update

I had done a windows AMD driver update for my card but afew things had happened after:

The application was missing from windows
The graphics card was no longer being detected in task manager
In mac-os it could not open anything graphically intensive

Needing help asap please

Boot Camp Windows 10 Not Recognizing Graphics Card Computer Details: 2019 Macbook Pro 16" with AMD Radeon 5500. Running latest Windows 10 and Ventura OS. Drivers hadn't been updated for a while, and the AMD software wasn't showing when I right-clicked the desktop. I kept receiving an error code that AMD's software couldn't recognize the correct graphics hardware. First, I restarted. Next, I uninstalled the drivers in the device manager before trying to install the updated ones. Then, I uninstalled the GPU in the device manager and restarted - now Windows won't recognize it in the device manager, but the Mac OS side is fine. I haven't figured out how to reinstall the GPU in Windows. I tried downloading both the Windows 10 and Boot Camp versions of the drivers, but neither could recognize the card. I also used Boot Camp Assistant in Mac OS to download and replace the existing Windows Support files, and tried installing the boot camp drivers on Windows. Still won't recognize my card. This seems like a common problem, but I fear I made things worse by uninstalling the Radeon display adapter. Is there anything I can do that doesn't involve reinstalling Boot Camp and resetting my partition?

Disconnected Graphics Card in Bootcamp Windows 10 I run Boot Camp on my 2019 iMac. I utilize Windows 10 to play certain video games. Today I noticed an update for my graphics card, a Radeon Pro 580x 8gb. After initializing the update I somehow disconnected the card from Windows 10 (everything is fine when running Mac). Windows is now running on some sort of default graphics setting. I am unable to find "Radeon" anywhere in my files. I tried downloading a driver from AMD but it could not find a suitable graphics card. I'm in a bit of a pickle. I'm not entirely nuanced in Windows and would like to know how I can fix this. I cannot open the Steam library and utilize Windows in a productive manner. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Graphics card performance extremely poor in Bootcamp Windows 10 after updating AMD graphics card drivers I updated my AMD graphics card drivers by downloading the latest Bootcamp-compatible drivers directly from the AMD website. However, now the secondary graphics card on my Mac Pro (2013) no longer works and the overall system performance in video games has declined significantly. What did I do wrong with the graphics card driver install? Some notes: 1) When I say the secondary graphics card no longer works, I mean that I have to disable the secondary graphics card or else my Bootcamp Windows install will not proceed to the login screen before crashing. 2) Prior to updating the graphics cards, my system could play Fallout 4 just fine. After the update, it's extremely laggy. 3) I made sure to follow all of AMD's instructions and ran their cleaning utility prior to installing the drivers.
