Help! layer: "audio mixer" is gone

Hi,

I work with logic for along time and always had this "audio mixer" (see pic.1) . It still appears in the older songs, but the newer one seem to default to a very fixed kind of audio mixer (see pic2).

Do you know how can I get back to the audio mixer as in pic.1?

Thank you so much...

Hi

The Environment window has been "deprecated" so is now "hidden" by default

To view it, hold down Option then use the Window menu > Open MIDI Environment

I find the default mixer hard to edit and impossible to 'move around'.

In fact, the mixer is much easier to use as it mirrors the main window. After you get used to the mixer window, it's also easy to edit.

I have to admit, I'm a big fan of the environment, less because of the "mixer layer", but more because of the endless possibilities it offers (the mixer layer is just one), and I'm sad because the environment was never developed further and will probably be buried soon. Nobody at Apple has realized that it had the same potential as Max4Live...
