Logic Pro "Not Responding" when opening "Browser" files

Greetings Logic Pro community! Hope you're having a great day.

I have an issue.

Every time when I open Browser (F) files in my projects, Logic is freezing. No matter how long I wait. So I have to "force quit" it every time.

However, if I create a new project, the issue is not appearing. It freezes only my projects that I create before an update to Logic Pro 11. I create a project from custom template with all the same plugins and buses.

I tried to run it on both, native and Rosetta.
