Whenever I open my safari a tab will appear asking “which one?” And then it gives me option to choose “one” and “two” and it’s all the same it doesn’t change the tabs. Is it hacked or something?

Would you have a personal automation set up in the Shortcuts app that is triggered by the opening of Safari? Open the Shortcuts app, tap the Automation tab (bottom of the screen) and delete the automation if you see it.
