Can't edit guitar chords in Garage Band 10.4.6 (big sur)

Hi every body.

I'm trying to customize the chords of the acoustic guitar on my garage band project, I mean those you get when pressing the lowest section of the virtual keyboard. I like how the sound but I can't edit them, let say, to get a 7th chord, or turn a minor chord into a major one.

I've read I can do that accesing GB settings, on the spanner button, but I can't find such a thing on my screen.

Any ideas?
