how to cancel the subscription of App "Camscanner" ?

Looks like you are not subscribed to it through Apple, or at least not through the Apple ID you are logged in as in your screenshots.

Did you subscribe directly with Camscanner?

Did you subscribe on a different device?

Are you the Family Organizer in a Family Sharing group, and someone else downloaded the app and subscribed?

Downloaded the application from where exactly?

Did you maybe create an account for the app by using the "Sign in with Apple" option? If so, that is not tied directly to your Apple ID. Any charge would be taken from whatever payment method you added to the account with them, and would have nothing to do with Apple.

It does not appear it has an active subscription on your Apple ID, so no way for it to charge you there.

You may need to go through the Camscanner.com website directly.

But again, if you do really want to have it cancelled, then only through Camscanner can it be cancelled, it does not appear to be managed through Apple, so there's nothing you can do from the Apple side.

You need to contact Camscanner again and tell them to cancel it.
