The Mac says it can’t connect because it can’t find thrPPoE. I have tried to manually enter that information but it still won’t connect to Wi-Fi.

PPPoE stands for Point-to-Point Protocol over ETHERNET.
PPPoE is not used over the local hop from computer to your Router.
You may indeed be having trouble with PPPoE, but it does not preclude your making a Wi-Fi connection.
plese post a screenshot of your network pane, like this one:

then transcribe the words of what the status and what interfaces are shown in what order:

??? no IP address, self-assigned IP address, not connected, not ready , other

The screen shots won’t upload because it is not syncing.
My 2019 model Mac will not connect to the wifi because it says no PPoE Connection, but my iPad, iPhone and iWatch all connect. I do not know what to do.
