I receive unrecognized charges from Appstore on my bank statement. I cannot ask for refund as it seems these charges are not appear anywhere in my purchase history. unable to reach apple support since Wednesday. what can I do? I am from Hungary, it seems Apple support currently is not available in my country. I dont know how I can get back my money.
I am in the exact same situation. I reached apple by chat. The support was not able to solve my problem. The assistant scheduled a phone call with me and a higher level supporter for next week Wednesday.
Same thing happened to me and a lot of others in Hungary. I was lucky that so far I was only falsely charged ~20 USD but some people’s bank accounts went into minus. I have not found an official response from Apple anywhere either since Wednesday. I contacted support asking them to cancel the transaction which had not been booked at the time, instead they refunded my already paid annual Google One plan, but I’m yet to see the refunded money. So I had to pay for it again.
It's same problem with me here, I was charged for 13 transactions on 26/06, then another from 28/06 and all of them made up to >130k forints I lost. I already contacted the Apple support + Local Bank and both of them said wasn't a fraud. It was "technical issues", I have talked to the support/customer service from apple and seem they are soon or already handling this issue and they will refund the money in the close time soon as possible. Furthermore, the local bank such as "OTP bank" confirmed that they are working with Apple for this one. So just hope everything will be fine and everyone can get they money back fast
