Tried all things, but not getting the 'application process' of the pop up/window. How to get the application process name so that I can use it in writing the apple script to click 'Use Password...' button.

The closest you will get is the application process ID of the parent process that has opened that dialog. You will not gain access to the actual dialog programmatically with AppleScript or by any other means as that dialog causes the parent application to enter a processor wait state until a user manually clicks either button.
What exactly are you trying to accomplish? What app is prompting that popup?
I am developing an app that leverages system extension, hence the pop up says, 'System Extension Blocked'.
So this will pop up unless the extension is approved by MDM. Without MDM, you cannot avoid this popup.
