Apple Business Connect - Unable to Update Business Details

When trying to update my business information in Apple Business Connect, I am getting an error that says "Unable to update location: This location couldn't be updated based on the information provided".

This issue is connected with the website entered into the location which gives the error "The website has an IP address that couldn't be reached". Our website is up, functional, and always allows traffic from most countries with the exception of Russia and a few others (due to DOS attacks).
